Dalshad
Said is born 1958 in Duhok-Iraq. After finishing Institute of Fine
Arts with the highest degree in Baghdad, worked as violinist of
Baghdad Symphony Orchestra & Radio TV Orchestra, at the same time
assistant conductor of the second. 1979 formed Duhok's Group of
Music, which twice won the first price of national competitions
& gained a very good reputation. Resumed his high education in GB
1984-1988, Baccalaureate of Music, Master of Arts from University
of Wales, and Licentiate of Royal Academy of Music Violin Performance
(L.R.A.M) London. Won three first prices within University competitions
in Wales-UK. Since 1995 he teaches music in Linz/ Austria.
