Dominik Sedivy wurde 1978 in Hall (Tirol) geboren und wuchs in München und Rosenheim (Bayern) auf.
Er studierte Musikwissenschaft in München und in Wien, wo er derzeit an seiner Dissertation arbeitet.
In Wien studierte er Komposition bei Helmut Neumann.
Er spielt Gitarre, Klavier und Orgel und leitet außerdem mehrere Vokalensembles.
Zahlreiche Aufführungen (als Solist, Komponist und Dirigent) und Vorträge in Deutschland und Österreich. Er lebt derzeit in Klosterneuburg.
